Each module has own powerful embedded processor and the sensor network, tracking production and protection parameters, warning the operator on the touch screen console, which acts as the web server, altering the technologist, and the centralized manufacturers service crew over the cell phones, so they can do preventive maintenance without interrupting the production.

With its high precision sensors. drives and advanced software, CW3 can, to some extent, compensate questionable quality of the conductors used, by minimizing isolation damage, providing acceptable quality.

Modular work cell for megawatt sized distribution transformer coils production / cloning capabillities:

• Programable precision tension may be automaticaly changed during winding on preset position or layer.
• Unwinding coil moves synchronious on rails, so the lateral bending of wound conductor is minimal (flat square conductors).
• Automatic sequential winding can change width, direction, position or anything, on adjectant sections.
• Windings of various cross sections can be programmed..
